today was like quite fun, but quite lonely in the end.
morning had pe, worn the white fbt shorts,
and it looks like pamper. hahas.

hmm, then today de 2.4km timing did improve!
yeahhh! improved by 1min20secs.
from 17+, to 16+, but i'm still far away from
the grade i aim! haiis! anyway i still have one more
week to train myself, and now i shall set my
target here... 2.4km must at least get the 2nd best grade!
so from tomorrow onwards, will run run run. hahas.
but it seems like my knee still require time to recover,
haiis! kuai kuai hao mahs! jiayou jiayou.
then junhai say i hyperactive cannot stop one. hahas.

then during lesson keep chit chatting and at the same
time disiao weixin. hahas.
then when i boh liao that time, take a paper wrote
something which might be able to be seen at the photo
above. hahas.

then srp alone loh! dawn, ming, weixin, so so many
people gone! haiis! then i left with no choice but
to guai guai sit there loh! haiis.
oh ya! chairman wasnt there tooo!
